ESNcard Gent 2025-2026

What is the ESNcard?

The ESNcard is the official membership card of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN), offering international students and trainees discounts on events, food, travel, and more, as well as access to events across Europe. It is a personal, 12-month valid card that serves as a symbol of the "Erasmus Generation".

The ESNcard is available to: international students, -interns, -trainees & ESN volunteers.

What benefits do I get?

• Free entrance/ discounts to our parties, events,sports & trips! • Exclusive discounts all over Europe (Ryanair, Flixbus, …) 🎟️ • Membership card is valid for 1 year in and outside of Gent 🪪 • By using it once for Ryanair or a few parties, you can already make savings 🤑 • Overview of all benefits & partners on esncard.org 🌍

How to get your card?

1. Fill in the form, upload your proof of exchange & pay the membership fee (One time payment of €15) ✅ 2. Wait (±5 business days, we check & validate your information) 🕐 3. Email with your ESNcard number will be sent to you 📧 4. Pick up your physical card during our office hours & get a free ESN Gent tote bag with goodies 🛍️
